Responsibilities:
- Data entry and Record keeping– Able to enter claim information into database, maintaining accurate records and organsing claims files timely.
- Document management – Collect, review and verify claim-related documents to ensure eligibility of medical benefits.
- Claims processing support – Able to assist the claims department with various tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports and calculating payments.
- Relationship management and Communication – Problem solving by promptly address clients concerns and questions via phone and email.
- Able to prepare communication channels on claims rejection.
- Perform adhoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Able to commit Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.15pm
- Able to commit minimally 3 months
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Good data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to review and verify documents while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Good numerical skills with the ability to perform basic calculations for claims processing.
