Job Description

The Marketing Intern at Radarr directly contributes to the business by engaging with existing clients and prospects to convert them as leads to generate sales. Supporting a fast growing team of social media experts, we are constantly on the lookout for the latest trends and updates, staying ahead of the game and pushing boundaries. Our day to day includes not only connecting with the sales teams, but also data analysis and creating deliverables, and helping build engagement with our clients through field marketing and digital marketing.

What you will be doing?

· Working closely with our senior leadership to develop and drive regional Marketing strategies

· Plan and execute digital marketing programs, specifically SEM, and Field Marketing campaigns, such as webinars, events and EDMs, to drive new business revenue, customer retention and loyalty, and upsell and cross-sell opportunities

· Create high-performing SEO content that adheres to brand guidelines and standards

· Elevate the Radarr brand name by generating social exposure, media coverage, develop content for social media channels and local blog etc

· Report results, track performance, and identify optimisation opportunities

· Optimise each marketing touchpoint using data, including top-of-funnel channels like social media and blogging, middle-of-funnel channels like email nurturing, and bottom-of-funnel activities with sales teammates

 

Responsibilities of the role:

· You will be expected to work across multiple projects at any one time

· Analyse, translate and present results of campaigns and performance

· Think outside the box on how social listening and analytics can best help clients to achieve their goals

· Align social media strategy with objectives of our clients

· Identify trends in social media to increase the effectiveness of our monitoring efforts

· Develop case studies and manage the relationship with clients and ensure client and company aspirations are aligned

· The appropriate use of tools to drive operational efficiencies and actionable business insights

 

You’re an individual who has:

· Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and/or public relations, 

· Strong abilities in digital marketing tactics, specifically SEM and Google Ads

· Experience in SEO, content creation and distribution 

· Ability to write effective copy is a necessity

· Strong relationship management skills and thrive in customer-facing opportunities

· Great attention to detail 

· Results-driven, self-motivated, organised, proactive, collaborative
