r y e – Brand Design Intern

The role
We are looking for a passionate and well-rounded Brand Design Intern to join us in growing a contemporary fashion and lifestyle brand. You will play a key role in creating visuals and marketing collaterals that are aligned with our brand guidelines for delivery across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and craft captivating visual assets using various techniques for effective campaigns across a multitude of channels (EDM, digital ads, social media, and more)
• Manage production and post-production phase: Conduct photo/video shoots and skilfully edit raw files for the development of high-quality visuals that can establish a strong emotional connection with our audience
• Coordinate with the team to ensure that all relevant materials are produced and delivered in a timely manner
• Follow creative briefs to translate ideas and concepts into coherent, compelling, and engaging visual content that is aligned with our brand guidelines
• Contribute ideas for the creation of storyboards and mood boards that showcase and support our brand identity
• Work closely with the team to propose ideas for the creative direction of upcoming campaigns and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Applicant should obtain a degree/major related to Art/Design or the equivalent and have had some previous design experience with clients or in a studio/agency
• Open to students who are required to complete curriculum internship or graduating students looking for entry-level experience in the industry
• A strong personal portfolio of works that demonstrate a deep understanding of branding and tasteful designs while showcasing versatility in individual skill set
• A keen eye for design, colour, typography, and layout as well as aesthetic sensibility
• Possesses expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
• Experience in videography and photography will be advantageous
• Meticulous individual with good communication skills and the ability to work on various projects autonomously
• Passionate to be in a fashion design environment
• Strong growth mindset and keeping positive attitude when working under pressure
