Clinical documentation today is slow, fragmented, and often done after the fact. Doctors and care teams spend a significant amount of time reconstructing conversations and writing notes instead of focusing on care delivery.

We are currently developing Quiver Transcribe, a speech to documentation tool designed for real clinical environments. It supports multilingual conversations common in Singapore and Southeast Asia and is built with strong privacy safeguards to process sensitive healthcare interactions.

Job Description

We are looking for Sales Interns based in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and India to help introduce Quiver Transcribe to healthcare organizations.

This role focuses on early market outreach and customer discovery. You will help us identify clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers who could benefit from automated transcription and documentation tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential healthcare customers (clinics, hospitals, medical groups)
  • Conducting outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Scheduling product demos and introductory calls
  • Helping communicate the value of Quiver Transcribe to potential users
  • Gathering feedback from potential customers and sharing insights with the product team
  • Supporting early sales and market expansion efforts
