We're looking for an intern for our Real World Insights team. This internship programme is the best opportunity to explore management consulting within the life-science space. The typical duration and timing is 8 to 12 weeks, though in some cases, there may be opportunities to intern for fewer weeks this is dependent on the office and the availability of the intern). In most cases, interns are assigned to one real-world consulting project for the duration of the internship, where they have little or no previous experience. The interns receive support from a Project Manager and/ or a coach who will outline the intern's responsibilities and provide mentorship and guidance along the way. At the end of the internship, interns who have met performance expectations will be considered to return fulltime once they have graduated from university. As important, the interns can make a more informed decision in regards to pursuing management consulting in the long term.
