This is only possible with the right people. We are looking for someone who can help every facet of our consumer management and branding journey. From web, mobile, word of mouth, conventional and conventional advertising, customer engagement and enquiry, competitive analysis and service/feature differentiation and prioritization, you will help shape the voice of our company and grow our consumer base in local Singapore and international markets, particularly Indonesia, Thailand, China and Korea. Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, advertising and more. In this role, you'll be involved with leading our business development and customer management strategy from beginning to end.

We need a business development executive that will be responsible for helping with accounts, student and teacher interaction and general admin duties

 

Responsibilities

Administrative:

  1. Handling Parents and student enquiries

  2. Timely Invoicing and collection of payments

  3. Bookkeeping 

  4. Arranging lessons, makeups and deconflicting schedules 

  5. Improving Customer Experience e.g: General Cleanliness, Printing of curriculum and general marketing

 

Marketing:

  • Execute marketing campaigns to Koreans studying in Singapore and Koreans in Korea looking to come to Singapore

  • Develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy that will help to develop a strong brand presence and image to Koreans studying in Singapore (above the line and below the line)

  • Create a brand message that is enduring that will result in increased sales and market share in Koreans studying in Singapore

  • Strengthen brand message and presence in the market through mobile, web and traditional methods to Koreans studying in Singapore

  • Monitor current competitors who cater to Koreans studying in Singapore

  • Analyse current market share and evaluate areas of opportunities and improvements

  • Develop a brand strategy to elevate brand image to Koreans studying in Singapore

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners

  • Work closely with different teams in the company to ensure brand consistency in the Korean markets 

  • Manage external agencies and clients to boost market sales

 

Skills required


  • Excellent verbal and written communication and EQ

  • Strong research, design and analytical skills


  • Up to date with latest trends and consumer behaviour

  • Competent in Excel and design software, HTML mailer, social media and google ads

  • Good Public Relation skills liaising with students and parents

Remuneration
Allowance: Probation for first 3months - $1500-$2000/month (depending on experience), with conversion to full pay at $3000/month upwards depending on KPIs.
Commitment: Full time, can start immediately OR Part-time, at least 1-2 times a week, negotiable hours
Work time: 10-7pm, Monday to Friday. Negotiable timing and days
