Founded in 1988, Quek & Quek Civil Engineering Pte Ltd has a strong reputation for successfully delivering many civil infrastructure projects, including the Esplanade outdoor theatre, numerous Changi Airport and PUB drainage projects.Our areas of specialization include (but not limited to): Airport, Seaport and Reclamation works, Basement structures, Demolition works, Drainage/River improvement works, Earth works, Piling works, Roads and Bridges, Sewage Rehabilitation, Shoring Works and Cofferdam.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handle daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
2. Bank reconciliation reports, Update Cash book to control cash flow
3. Assist in preparing audit schedule.
4. Take care of general administrative and ad hoc duties)
5. Can handle full set accounts

Requirements:

• Independent, self-motivated individual
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, UBS, ERP
• Meticulous and organized
• Positive working attitude
• have a problem-solving attitude
• Singaporean or Singapore PR are welcome

Office will be relocate to Tagore Lane in November 2022.
