Job Description
Mainly to provide administration support to the CRM team and support CRM activities across the region:
- Assist the CRM team with the planning and execution of CRM initiatives
- Extraction and analysis of CRM data to support marketing activities
- Analyse customer data for reporting purposes
- Support data cleansing activities and maintain database hygiene
- Collaborate and support retail teams and other departments with CRM related requests and activities
Job requirements:
- Knowledge of Sugar CRM or had worked with agencies supporting SugarCRM
- Experience with customer database management
- Experience with data analysis
- Added advantage but not critical: experience in marketing automation
- About 1 to 3 years’ experience’ with CRM environment
- Degree holder
- Good interpersonal skills and able to relate to stakeholders of all levels
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
