Job Description
15-20 X Part-time Retail Ambassadors (Luxury Retail) | Miid Nov 2021 to End Jan 2022
Description:
- Provide a warm, courteous welcome to customers entering store
- Ensure customers are delegated to the correct client advisor based on the queue system
- Perform basic customer service, while interacting with customers in the queue
- Ensure safe distancing guideline is adhered for customers in the queue
- Assist in boutique operations and service
- Assist in boutique events
- Help to perform inter-store transfers when necessary
Requirements:
- Good grooming and a pleasant demeaner
- Good communication skills
- Ability to commit for non-standard working hours including public holidays, weekends, night shifts
- Location: Ngee Ann City Boutique or Marina Bay Sands Boutique
