PERM PART TIME: 5 days - 4 hours/day
PERM FULL TIME: 5 days - 8 hours/ day

Operations Executive (Ecommerce)
* Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and Whatsapp inquiries regarding products and services
• Assist clients on order-on-line, delivery timings
• Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics (delivery schedule)
• Ensuring all orders going out for deliveries are complete and accurate
• Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, logistic and etc
• Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service
• Product listing on various platforms
* Social media management of the individual brand
• Assist customers with after-sales service issues (feedback / complaints / enquiries)
• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
• Daily administrative duties/ ad-hoc projects if required
Candidate should be:

>Good communication and written skills
>Bilingually conversant English & Chinese.
>Proficient in Microsoft Application especially Excel and Powerpoint
