We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Receptionist to join the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
We are a Rehab Therapy Clinic that specialises in muscle and joint issues. We provide Sports Massage, Rehab Therapy and Treatment services (similiar to PHYSIOTHERAPY). We also educate about Rehab Treatment for muscle, joint issues and postural issues.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Receptionist to join the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. 


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and in-person

• Process customer requests, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Job Requirements:

•Able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday/Sunday, Monday, schedule negotiable (4 day/week)

•Admin experience is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

• Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently, additional language is bonus
