Responsibilities:

1.Passionate building trust, helping merchants and enhance better relationships with merchant / partners and take pride with their success

2.Complete menu updates and changes in a timely manner to drive service 

quality and enhance Merchant Experience

3.Manage and handle service discrepancies effectively 

4.You will act as a partner to the team, representing both internally and externally stakeholders and you will champion our company vision, mission and values

5.Loves processes, and detail-oriented

7.Highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to adapt, learn fast and think on feet

8.Train and educate merchants to provide a high quality product
