Operations Assistant （5 days! 9.30 to 6pm! CBD)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build trust and relationships with merchant partners by handling inquiries and requests for support in a timely and effective manner
- Complete menu updates and changes in a timely manner to drive service quality and enhance Merchant Experience
- Manage and handle service discrepancies effectively
- Help in developing service operations (Policies and Procedures)
- Train and educate merchants to provide a high quality product
Requirements:
- Self-starter and able to work independently as well as in team
- Able to interact with all levels of people
- Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill and problem solving skill
- Must be able to liaise with Chinese speaking merchants
- Candidates that can speak dialect(s) will have an added advantage
Please note that candidate needs to work 70% outdoor.
Working hours: 930 to 6pm Mon to Fri, Positive and Energetic with Work life balance working environment
