PVH Singapore Pte Ltd – Human Resources Intern

Role and duties being an HR Intern:

• Recruitment - Assisting with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and potentially participating in interviews. 
• Onboarding - Helping with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions. 
• Employee Records - Maintaining and updating employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Payroll and Benefits - Assisting with payroll administration, collecting and verifying data for benefits, and potentially helping with other HR-related tasks. 
• Employee Relations - Responding to employee inquiries, assisting with employee relations matters, and potentially participating in employee engagement activities. 
• Administrative Support - Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with HR projects. 
• Compliance - Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. 

Skills and qualifications being an HR Intern:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of labor legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Attention to detail.
• Have "can do" spirit and with growth mindset to explore new learnings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
