Job Description
5 working days
8.30am to 5.30am
Responsibilities:
- Handle in-coming sales enquires, by telephone, email , fax and correspondence
- Sending enquiry to supplier, follow-up with the enquiry status from supplier
- Prepare quotation, acknowledges and process customer purchase order
- Responce to customers' queries and expedite requests
- Handle all sales related activities and documentation
- Perform Ad-hoc duties when needed
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English
- No working experience required
- Able speak mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers
- Self-motivated, good working attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to multi-task and handle consistent workflow
- Initiative to follow up on pending issues and organize and assign work
