The Job

Talent sourcing and attracting candidates to fit open positions to fulfil the needs of the company. We are in the financial services industry.

Job Scope/Responsibilities

· Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

· Screen candidates resume and job applications

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude

Skills/qualifications for the Job:

· Min Diploma/ “A” level certification

· Target-driven

· Good Oral and Written Communication Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working hours/Location:

-Part-Time (Flexible)/Full Time(9-6pm)
