Prosegur – APAC HR Intern

The APAC HR Intern will be focusing on the analysis of the reports and support to the APAC HR team in achieving their objectives. You will work in a highly fluid and challenging environment with HR counterparts across the region. If you are highly analytical and committed we will like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze monthly data on Headcount and Compensation of employees in the APAC region
2. Assisting the HR Business Partner on the implementation of HR projects
3. Providing support to internal customers within APAC and Corporate HQ
4. Provide updates and recordkeeping of all progress of the assigned tasks

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree/Diploma in any field (Business/HR is preferred)
• Commitment period of minimum 6 months and commence from January 2021
• Keen interest to pursue a career in HR 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity 
• Strong in Microsoft excel and able to handle large data sets
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
