Role Description
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to support the end-to-end execution of our marketing efforts across paid, organic, and community channels. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to pick up the fundamentals of high-performance marketing.
You’ll be involved in campaign execution, data analysis, creative production, workflow optimisation, and community engagement. From ideating new ad concepts to analysing campaign performance to contributing to SEO/AIO projects, you will play a meaningful part in driving Propseller’s growth.
You’ll work closely with the entire marketing team, gaining full exposure to how high-performing growth teams plan, run, optimise, and scale marketing initiatives that directly impact business results.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the ideation and briefing of new marketing assets (statics, videos, GIFs) across Meta, TikTok, Google, Outbrain, and other paid channels.
- Assist with performance tracking, analysis, and reporting to guide ongoing optimisation efforts.
- Contribute and lead content-related initiatives to improve Propseller’s visibility across organic channels.
- Participate in community engagement efforts to strengthen brand presence across relevant platforms.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and performance best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Other adhoc duties to support relevant marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in performance marketing, growth strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable working with numbers, extracting insights, and presenting findings clearly.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn — especially in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reports, briefs, and campaign deliverables.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok), paid ads, and digital marketing fundamentals not necessary, but a big plus.
