Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate market research.
- Use statistics to compile real estate data for market analysis purpose.
- Keep up with latest real estate news and trends (especially on policy changes and new land bids).
- Monitor new land bids closure and prepare for pitching of projects.
- Conduct adhoc research and prepare proposals for pitching of projects.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 6.00pm
