Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: CREATIVE ASSOCIATE

We are looking out for an energetic, well-spoken and meticulous individual for a new opportunity in the Creative Team at Proof & Company. The Creative Associate will work closely with the Creative Project Coordinator and support a team to ensure the smooth operation and delivery on all projects. The Creative Associate will be required to provide detailed administrative support including special sourcing, Creative Systems document standardization, coordination across markets and more. The Creative Associate will get exposure to some creative elements and the chance to overlap with Finance and Procurement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in close collaboration with Creative Project Project Coordinator to ensure the proper documentation of all technical-related documents (i.e Excel spreadsheets)
  • Maintain meeting minutes and team action items
  • Collaborate directly with internal customers to ensure excellent outcomes for clients
  • Manage and ensure clear understanding and acknowledgement of deliverables and expectations
  • Research and review new products for projects globally


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE


  • Keen interest in the Food and Beverage industry
  • 0 to 2 years of experience, open to a graduate who has internship experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Forth-coming and confident
  • Takes ownership of work areas of focus and specific tasks
  • Possesses initiative, intuition and common sense
  • Willingness to learn
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and has experience or interest in learning software to create renderings or CAD drawings. (InDesign, Illustrator, or Basic 3D rendering)
