Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Consolidation and perform data entry into in-house system
  • Assist Executives to generate data and provide necessary reports
  • Perform other general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and organization of data
  • Work closely with necessary departments and follow up with necessary stakeholders to ensure data entry are completed in a timely manner
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Competent in Microsoft Words/Excel
  • Able to commit up till 6 months
  • Meticulous and have a keen eye for detail
  • Committed and flexible with putting in extra hours when necessary
  • Mature and good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently and possess initiative

Other Information

  • 5 days' work week (9am-6pm)
  • CBD area
