Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, and ideas for the company including marketing, social media, website, design presentations, events, product decks, etc.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce a final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Diploma / Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
