PrivEx is a Fintech start-up seeking to revolutionize trading in private securities using distributed ledger technologies.
It is looking for a resourceful and energetic intern, preferably with familiarity with Singapore securities regulation laws, to assist our Co-Founder with legal issues relating to setting up the exchange.
Tasks will include:
1.) Researching financial regulation laws in Singapore and Hong Kong;
2.) Assisting with drafting of legal documents relating to the establishment of a private securities exchange; and
3.) Assisting with other legal issues incidental to the operation of the exchange.
Interns will gain real life experience on how legal and business issues interact in a Fintech start-up.
The position reports to the Co-Founder and pays $500 per month on a full time basis.
