Job Description

We are looking for a coordinated individual who is able to organize the traffic between the client, suppliers and ourselves, handling all project production timelines and QC.

 If you think you have the ability to multitask, have amazing common sense and an eye for details, then we have a position for you. 

 Job Scope

 • Work closely with clients and 3rd party vendors alike to develop lasting relationships over time

• Overseeing and planning for the assignment of resources, documentation, timelines, deliverables.  • Be engaged in, and often times, lead client and project pursuit efforts.

• Conceptualization and crafting of creative proposals and quotations.

• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through close out and ensure that the company and client’s expectations, budgetary and profitability objectives are exceeded.  

• Provide leadership and business judgment on all financial and profitability aspects of projects within position scope.  

• Set appropriate milestones to handle the scope and complexity of projects.  

• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Account Managers and Management when work commences in the field.  

• Visit sites to monitor project performance, schedule, and expenditures with project staff, highlight potential challenges and provide leadership in responding creatively to bring projects in on schedule and under budget, where feasible.  

• Attend client and project meetings, maintain continuous client contact to gauge performance perceptions and communicate relevant information to project team.

• general Administrative support and coordination with clients in the pre and post sales in the sales department 

• Able to work independently and in a team.  

• Be accountable for all projects assigned.  

• Strong research skills.

• Any ad-hoc duties as required.

 Requirements

 • A POSITIVE ATTITUDE (We value individuals with a positive attitude over experience anytime)  

• Minimum qualification O level Certification  

• Experience in the printing / event industry would be an advantage, or an open mind that is willing to learn  

• Good communication skills and able to handle both clients and suppliers with confidence  

• Preferably able to converse effectively in both English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)  

• Able to work independently, resourcefully and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

• Posses client management and account servicing experience is advantages  

• Highly motivated, resourceful, efficient and the ability to multi-task.  

• Creative and with good sense of aesthetics.  

• Basic computer knowledge
