In 2022, Green Lab is the latest initiative by Singapore's largest print agency, Print Lab. It is the country's very first fully-automated and 100% bio-friendly manufacturing facility, leading the charge for sustainability here in our shores.

We are currently looking to expand our dynamic team and have the following position(s)to fill:

Job Description

We are looking for a coordinated individual who is able to organize the traffic between the client, suppliers and ourselves, handling all project production timelines and QC.

If you think you have the ability to multitask, have amazing common sense and the determination to excel, then we have a position for you. Unlike a regular administrative post, this job requires you to step up and take on a more empowered role in providing our team with the backing they need.

Job Scope

• Attached to Project Manager for daily paperwork, compilation, coordination and other assigned jobs

• Answering phone calls, filing, check and print emails

• Coordination work with suppliers and clients for samples

• coordination with project and ensure confirmed projects to be executed

• Prepare quotation to customer and provide excellent customer service

• Provide good working relationship with internal stakeholders

• Assist in adhoc projects or exhibitions as and when required

•Generate Sales Reports and General Administrative Duties

• Any ad-hoc duties as required.


Requirements

• A POSITIVE ATTITUDE (We value individuals with a positive attitude over experience anytime)

•Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Windows Applications (other design software would be a bonus)

• Minimum qualification O level Certification

• Experience in the printing / event industry would be an advantage, or an open mind that is willing to learn

• Good communication skills and able to handle both clients and suppliers with confidence

• Preferably able to converse effectively in both English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)

• Able to work independently, resourcefully and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

• Posses client management and account servicing experience is advantages

• Highly motivated, resourceful, efficient and the ability to multi-task.

• Creative and with good sense of aesthetics.
