RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with daily accounting operations
Gain exposure to various functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Fixed Asset Register maintenance
Handle accounting-related queries with auditors, banks, and internal departments
Process refunds and prepare intercompany invoices
Manage financial data using Oracle NetSuite
Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the Manager or Team Leader
- Any other additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Students with a keen interest in hands-on accounting experience
Ideally available to start around 1 August 2025 for a minimum duration of 2 months or longer
Working Location: Ubi
5-day work week, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
