Job Title: Local Student Coordinator (Singapore)

About the Role:
President Education is seeking dynamic, responsible, and student-friendly individuals to join us as Local Student Coordinators for short-term academic immersion programs in Singapore. You will play a key role in guiding and supporting student cohorts (aged 18–25) from India as they attend certified programs at leading institutions such as National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and Singapore Management University (SMU).
Key Responsibilities:
Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for the Indian student cohort throughout the 7–10 day program.
Academic Guidance: Assist students in navigating the university campuses, attending classes on time, and understanding academic expectations.
Local Orientation: Help students adjust to the local environment, providing guidance on local customs, transportation, food, and general safety.
Daily Coordination: Support daily logistics, including attendance tracking, schedule reminders, and ensuring students follow curfew and activity timelines.
Issue Resolution: Address basic student concerns, escalate serious issues to the program head, and ensure a smooth overall experience.
Cultural Bridge: Serve as a cultural bridge between local institutions and international students, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Currently studying in or recently graduated from NTU, NUS, SMU, or any Singapore-based university (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus.
Familiar with Singapore’s student life, transportation, and basic emergency protocols.
Reliable, approachable, and responsible with excellent time management.
