Job Title: Telemarketer/Telesales
T Marketing is seeking motivated and enthusiastic telemarketers to join our young, fun-loving team. Successful candidates will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients to promote a catalogue of services and products ranging from financial advisory to tuition assistance programs. As a telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, establishing rapport with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our partners.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain the benefits and features of our services in a clear and compelling manner.
Build rapport with prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update client information in the database.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our services.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is not required but will be an added advantage.
Able to work from 4pm-9pm at our office at Woods Square Solo 1 (Flexible days).
