Job decription:
Cold calling potential customers and keep records of customer interactions
Handle customer email and phone calls' inquiries.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Work in effective manner to manage time and task management skills.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
Patient, determined and not afraid of rejection
Comfortable to work with spreadsheets, word documents, email and common software
Proficient in English
Able to commit for 6 months or more
