Our company also assists with insurance quotes, loan applications, LTA transfers and everything else that is required for a transaction.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to direct owners who are selling their cars to convince them to consign their vehicles with us. They are already selling their car, you only have to persuade them to let us help them sell their car.
- Arrange an appointment for photoshoot with the clients
- Create the advertisement for your client
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager/Director
- Assist the Sales Manager/Director in all vehicle transaction paperwork
- Prepare Sales Agreement and all other relevant documents
- Submit loan applications to the banks
- Obtain insurance quotes for clients
- Handle incoming phone calls/enquiries
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Positive and energetic phone skills
- Highly motivated, result oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Prior experience in related field/car dealership is an added advantage
- Able to multi-task and perform efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Displays good time management skills and is well organized
