Responsibilities:
- Assist with software installations and configurations at client sites. 
- Provide basic troubleshooting support under the guidance of the DevOps Executive. 
- Collect and log feedback from users during the implementation process. 
- Prepare system documentation and user guides. 
- Support remote and onsite technical setups. 
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 
- Basic knowledge of software installations and troubleshooting. 
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
