Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends in Free-to-Play Mobile games and source for similar games that Potato Play could potentially publish
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with potential partners, through channels such as cold emails, Linkedin, and participate in industry events
  • Provide timely assistance to our Mobile Game players who may reach out to us with feedback, questions, or issues that they have encountered 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the product team to ensure that player issues are addressed appropriately, and communicate resolutions back to players 
  • Maintain client database and documentation
  • Any potential ad-hoc operations and administrative support to help the growth of our Start-up.

Requirements

  • Ideally bilingual in English and Chinese as a working language to communicate with team members in China. Additional language skills are a plus. 
  • Must be Singaporean/SG PR
  • Has excellent writing skills and is able to produce high-quality written content
  • A committed team player, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ideally a fan of mobile games. 
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite
