Poss Capital – Graphic Design Intern

This is a hybrid internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in graphic design. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics for various channels, including:

• Social media posts: Develop engaging visuals that capture attention and tell our brand story.
• Infographics: Create informative and visually appealing infographics that effectively communicate complex data.
• eDMs (electronic direct mail): Design eye-catching eDMs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Ad-hoc design tasks: Assist with additional design projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and target audiences.
• Generate creative concepts and develop visually appealing designs.
• Utilise design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices.
• Be open to feedback and willing to revise designs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a graphic design, visual communication, or related program (a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual communication.
