Job Description

Influencer Quality Assurance & Customer Care is an integration of functions and activities of quality control and customer services into a new profession to meet the needs of recurring revenue model companies.

Influencer Quality Assurance & Customer Care is responsible for maintaining good client relationships which promote retention and loyalty. The position involves supporting international clients ( from Fortune 500 brands to small brands) in a proactive manner to ensure their satisfaction with Popular Chips platform and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

The IQA & CC is focused on:

  • Prioritizing and deliver outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Managing sales and customer inquiries by live FB & WhatsApp chats, email and other channels. 
  • Applying deep product expertise in carrying out strategic solutions and solving complex technical customer issues and escalations.
  • Contributing to the development of internal products, serving as the voice of the customer in identifying product enhancements and making sure new products launch with customer usability in mind.
  • Provisioning of new-user training, providing recurring training, overviews and previews of new releases.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the product and talking with clients about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Developing relationship with clients, including increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Conducting quality checks on influencers provided by the search engine; 
  • Following clients’ daily activities and ensuring that features, reports and data provided are at the maximum level of quality.
  • Identifying and inputting manually data sets with influencers of specific interests and countries.
  • Testing new features and investigating troubleshoot issues in the identification of influencers by the AI.
  • Discovering and applying new strategies to identify niche influencers.
  • Creating support documents and reports.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communications skills (written and verbal);
  • Knowledgeable and confident about the influencer landscape (local and international);
  • Daily user of Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and Facebook
  • Attentive and quick on one's feet;
  • Ability to work with minimum direction to achieve goals;
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as the ability to think “outside-the-box”.
  • Proactive, kind and able to put the clients first and to make sure they know they're first.
