Job Description
Your role as an Educator and Training Manager:
- Create supporting material, such as guides and video tutorials for the users of our platform
- Lead training sessions for our clients. They can span from 1-to-1 sessions to seminars in front of 50 people
- Support our clients in their daily operations, replying to their questions about the software or their experience
- Lead demos for first-time users (pre-sales)
- Create meaningful content for our corporate blog, still focusing on educating the general public on Influencer Marketing.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English language skills
- Knowledgeable and confident on the influencer landscape scene (local and international)
- Daily user of Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook
- Attentive and quick on feet
- Ability to work with minimum direction to achieve goals
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as the ability to think “outside-the-box”
- Proactive, kind and able to put the clients first
