Your role as an Account Manager:

1. You will integrate functions and activities of quality control and customer services in a new profession to meet the needs of recurring revenue model companies.
2. You are also responsible for maintaining good client relationships which promote retention and loyalty. The position involves supporting international clients ( from Fortune 500 brands to small brands) in a proactive manner to ensure their satisfaction with Popular Chips platform and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
