Job Description
Your role as an Account Manager:
- You will integrate functions and activities of quality control and customer services in a new profession to meet the needs of recurring revenue model companies.
- You are also responsible for maintaining good client relationships which promote retention and loyalty. The position involves supporting international clients ( from Fortune 500 brands to small brands) in a proactive manner to ensure their satisfaction with Popular Chips platform and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
