Office Job (5-days week) (LOCATION WORK:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
Candidate will handle the administration duties for:
A) SALES:
1) handling Sales Administrative Duties (Filing, Mailing, Scanning, Data entry)
2) preparing and checking of sales billing and invoices including credit notes
3) processing of Purchase Order and Delivery Order
4) Reconciliation of AR if required
5) Communication with customers on dues for collection including emailing
B) ACCOUNTING
1) Data entry for Sales invoices into Quickbook including reconciliation of Shopify system, stripe payout and delivery order acknowledgement
2) Daily reconciliation of cash sales Singapore and Malaysia (including weekly and monthly reconciliation of deposits)
3) Monthly salesGTO submission
4) Reconciliation of POS and Shopify (for independent terminal used)
5) Generate unfilled saleslist record for delivery courier arrangement and matching of courier pick up/tracked listing
6) Update payment sales listing
7) Update Sales- inventory reconciliation listing
