Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Continuous Improvement Department (CID) – Lead and perform continuous improvement activities to streamline and transform processes to be efficient, effective and standardized business processes
  • Identify areas of opportunity, define projects to improve performance and drive projects to completion
  • Communicate and engage relevant stakeholders including with department heads and their teams participating in improvement projects which may include cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor change readiness of impacted business teams and oversee post-implementation audit reviews
  • Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of programme implementation with clearly-defined measurement metrics, and put in place control measures to ensure sustained and institutionalized change
  • Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data
  • Determine and propose new ways of working including usage of technology as appropriate, to support business process reengineering initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Systems / Computer Science/ Business or relevant courses
  • Experienced in RPA Technologies
  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably with some basic Programming Language knowledge
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
  • Meticulous and well-organized
  • A team player with positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive personality
