TruLife is searching for a creative and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team! This role offers valuable experience across various marketing functions, from social media management to content creation and event execution. You'll play a vital role in supporting our brand growth and reaching new audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings for our offline partners like FairPrice and Guardian.
- Process online and offline orders, ensuring accurate data entry in our internal systems.
- Assist with event setup, including tasks like photography and logistics preparation.
- Support influencer marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Manage social media presence: monitor inquiries, respond to messages across platforms (including Google Review and Shopee Rating), and help prepare social media reports. Actively participate in team discussions for continuous improvement.
- Stay on top of trends on platforms like TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create engaging content through video editing and scriptwriting.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong reading and writing skills in both languages.
- Enrollment in a marketing, communications, or related program (preferred).
- Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of marketing tools a plus.
