Poke Theory opened its first store in July 2016, by sibling duo, Joey & Vannessa Lee.
Nearly 3 years on, the brand has expanded to 6 stores locally and is opening its first regional store in Surabaya, Indonesia in August 2019.
Our team is small, young and energetic, with its owners aged at just 25 and 27 years old. As a true blue SME, we adapt, learn and grow at lightning speed, and are looking for anyone looking to be part of an independent, vibrant and fun team! We're looking for hard workers who can pick up tasks quickly, work efficiently and independently where needed.
We believe in a solid work-life balance, and do not practise overtime or working late into evenings or weekends in our company. We also have regular team workouts at Virgin Active and are running the 10km category in Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore 2019 together! Our ops team are close with our core team, and we're all one big family.
- Learning the ins and outs of the day-to-day business operations and food products
- Assist with tracking timelines & tasks for upcoming store launch
- Assist with tracking timelines & tasks for remainder of Poke Theory rebranding (packaging, store revamp alignment, PR campaign)
- Assist with refining various internal franchise structures ranging from staff training, franchisor-franchisee relationship management, communication dissemination and sales report practices
- Assist with developing various logistical & business plans with suppliers, manufacturers, investors
- Analyse sales patterns and reports
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
We've got a ton of things we handle in our team, and we're pretty flexible that way in assigning you to tasks that you are keen on dabbling in, as we want you to be interested in what you learn! So everyone's a happy camper.
