Poco Productions is a music content production agency that handles all types of content creation in the music industry. Supported by in-house audio engineers, videographer and music producers, we provide video production, sound design and live event solutions to suit your creative and technical needs.
We continue to develop our core business offerings in the music industry by remaining deeply passionate in our craft and objective of presenting Singaporean Arts internationally. In 2023, we launched our in-house content creation channel (https://www.youtube.com/@scratchnshuffle) to connect music lovers to musicians in the Asia-Pacific Region across all music genres.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to further our growth in the region. A conversion to full-time position can be considered upon completion of the internship.
WE EXPECT YOU TO
• Manage in-house social media accounts
• Ensure posting schedule is organized and updated
• Prepare for update presentation during weekly alignment meetings
• Develop engaging Instagram captions for maximum impact
• Ensure timely posts and effective Insta Stories.
• Communicate with social media managers of our partners for collaboration posts and other activities
• Work closely with our Bdev manager to strategize social media marketing efforts
• Participate in creative brainstorm sessions for additional content creation
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage for both client work and in-house productions
• Execute basic graphic design and video editing for social media use

• Passionate for the Arts.
• Able to work independently and communicate well in small cross-function teams
• Able to edit on Photoshop and Premiere-Pro with your personal laptop
• Knowledgeable in social media platforms and tools
• Able to work on irregular hours including weekends and public holidays
