Job Description

You will work with the team of PlusConcept - a trendy stylish and fast growing coworking space targeting entrepreneurs working on high-growth, high-impact startup businesses or established overseas businesses. Due to our working enviroment you will work closely with local and international entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 

>WorkSpace Related Tasks

Customer interactions and new prospect interactions.

Explanations and email responses to enquiries about work-space and virtual office services.

Being present at work space to attend ad-hoc tasks and requirements.

Supervison of Space and care of required activities (dbl check on facilities and basic maintenance)

Managing of Virtual office taks, i.e. use of interactive platform for mail information. 

Oversee website content management and implementation.

Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by the Director

Make sure everything is running smoothly, is tidy and friendly

Support visiting and potential customers

Offer shared resource tasks to clients. 

>Marketing and others

Information gathering for client projects, market research and networking contacts.

Social Media Postings

Email Marketing Personal Marketing through viewings 

>Assistance to Director(s)

During travel, independent management of activities

Constant communication

Full responsible assistance in all business and related matters.

Be the face of the company on the ground & a mini me. 

Be a driver of tasks and follow-up person. 

This is a a very responsible position with the chance to get a trusted involvement in many areas of a small business firm. Due to a tight travel schedule you need to be able to learn quickly and communicate properly. 


SKILLS

Open, good communication skills, customer friendly attitude, technology friendly (mac, spreadsheets, mail systems, evernote, social media), independent worker. Willingness to handle issues responsibly - even after hours or weekends (very rare though)
