PLMP Blockchain Pte Ltd – IT Developer (Backend)

In this role , you will be responsible for the end to end development of software solutions related to blockchain, micro -finance, wallets and other fintech products including crytocurreny based, cloud, web and mobile applications . You will work closely with software engineers, test engineers, researchers, designers and management team.You will be responsible for enforcing software development best practices in a fast-paced agile/dev ops enviroment, while always focusing on delivering high -value. in the process, you will work with primarily the MEAn/MERN stack. latest blockchain, fintech and other distributed systems related tools , techniques and methodologies.

Responsibilities

.Take an active part in the design process of the architecture of the web application.

.Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications

.Collaborate with the rests of the engineering team to design and launch new features

.maintain code integrity and organisation.

.Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements

.understanding and implementation of security and data protection (important)

, experience with full software development life cycle for a product.

Skills and Qualifications

Highly experienced in back end programming languages:

. Java script (Node JS)

.Java (Spring-Boot)

.Must have a good understanding of MVC framework

.Proficient experience using advanced javasript libraries and framework such as

.Express JS

.Fastify JS

.Other back end and front end framework

,must have command over React JS.

.Understanding and experience with cloud technologies

.AWS (must have)

.Azure

.Knowledge of code versioning tools and dev ops methodologies such as

. Git

. Highly experienced with various databases such as:

.MongoDB

.PostGre SQL.

.MYSQL

.Have worked on Relational Database and able to figure out where to add indexes in DB to optimize the performance.

. must know how cache layer works (e.g Redis)

.Experience with queuing services and frameworks such as

.Kafka

.RabbitMQ

. Bachelors in Computer Science/Equivalent degree Necessary

.Expected to have a good understanding of security practices for financial systems

.Have written test cases before writing the code (TDD)

Other skills

.Experience of network security or Ethical Hacking

.Having as trading background or high frequency trading system

.Having experience in finance related systems

.Experience with distributed or financial system will be a huge plus.

.Experience with blockchain and advanced cryptographic libraries is a huge plus.
