Playwrite – Content Intern (English / General Paper)

Playwrite is an AI-powered English learning platform helping Primary, Secondary, and JC students practise independently and improve faster. We’re looking for a meticulous and thoughtful Content Intern to help us create high-quality learning materials and strengthen our AI marking systems.

As a Content Intern, you will support the curriculum and product team across several important areas:

1. Create high-quality English & GP content

• Develop Primary, Secondary, and JC-level English/General Paper questions aligned to the MOE syllabus
• Write clear model answers, guides, explanations, and feedback when needed

2. Review and improve question quality

• Evaluate question clarity, difficulty, and alignment with syllabus requirements
• Investigate and fix student-reported issues with questions or answers

3. Strengthen our AI marking system

• Review AI-generated feedback for compositions and GP responses
• Identify gaps, rewrite feedback, and propose improvements to improve AI accuracy and clarity

4. Manage learning materials

• Upload and organise past-year papers, verifying correctness and accuracy
• Ensure consistency in formatting and content tagging

5. Support product improvement

• Actively test new features on the Playwrite platform
• Provide learning-focused suggestions to improve user experience and student outcomes
