Plasmotech Pte Ltd – Quality Control Clerk Intern

Plasmotech Pte Ltd., incorporated in 1994, is a manufacturer of plastic components, specializing in precision parts. We serve the connector, capacitor, electronic, and automotive needs of our global customer base. Our main offices are in Singapore, and we have plants in Singapore as well as Batam, Indonesia. Our parent company, Positronic, is a US-based corporation focusing on high reliability interconnect devices. 

We specialize in the fabrication of precision molds, injection molding of precision plastic components and semi-automated assembly processes. 

Responsibilities

• Generate inspection report, Certificate of Compliance (COC) and other relevant documents required for shipping
• Prepare inspection, Frist Article inspection report, other QC reports as specified in the quality plan
• Convert raw files to PDF format; scan files and electronically store into various databases
• Coordinate with production supervisors whenever product quality out of specification
• Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by superior

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level & above
• Knowlege in basic computer skills
• Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.
