Job Description

Position Profile:

WeInvest is looking to hire a Project Management trainee to assist in project coordination. Applicant will support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in managing multiple key initiatives to support our rapid growth.


Major Job Duties & Responsibilities:

-        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and execute requirements

-        Identify project risks and develop mitigating measures

-        Coordinate with stakeholders to set up project schedule

-        Track key milestones and deliverables during the implementation phase

-        Engage stakeholders to conduct project reviews

-        Ensure that all key documentations are updated and shared with the team

-        Develop strong working relationship with the regional Technology and Operations team


Qualifications:

-        Undergraduate/Post-graduate degree in Project Management/Business or related field

-        Minimum commitment of 3 months


Knowledge Skills and Abilities

-        Well organized and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently

-        Excellent written and verbal communication ability

-        Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills

-        Strong team player to excel in cross-functional teams

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
