Responsibilities
• Assist in content creation, designing and curating for campaigns and activities, including translation, vendor management. etc.
• Participating in campaigns and activities to deepen engagement with our users
• Assist in collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence
• Participating in handling customer questions, comments on various social media channels & emails
• Actively track the results of each effort and apply past learning to future planning
• Monitor trends in social medias, best practices and tools, experimenting with new trends and applications
• Any other ad-hoc assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
• Major in any marketing or business discipline
• Must be well-organized, with pleasant disposition
• Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin) - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
• Enthusiastic, and able to work independently
• School graded internship from local institutions will be given priority
• Students in their final year of studies with possible conversion to permanent staff are preferred
