Job Description

• Submitting of Payroll to Bank by working hand in hand with the HR Executive
• Responsible for full spectrum of company’s Account Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Ensure timely billing to Stakeholders
• Generating e-quote and e-invoice to Stakeholders
• Come up with monthly financial report and cost outlook
• Ensure sales from Digital Account team tallies with Finance Sales Outlook
• Ensure timely payment to Suppliers etc
• Processing of employee’s claims
• Monthly CPF submission
• Consolidate monthly bank reconciliation
• Maintaining company’s petty cash
