Roles and Responsibilities:

• Entering data accurately and efficiently into a database or spreadsheet
• Reviewing data for errors and correcting any mistakes
• Verifying the accuracy of data inputted by comparing it to source documents
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Generating reports and performing basic data analysis
• Keeping track of completed work and updating management on progress
• Following company policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Any additional responsibilities that are assigned and considered appropriate.

Requirements:

• Able to travel to Tuas areas
• Able to start work immediately for short term, part time basis 
• excellent attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•  Good communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office Word, Excel).
