- Gain in-depth knowledge and skills in a designated business and/or function with the ability to work independently and to the required standards.
- Have a general understanding of the various facets of PICO’s core businesses.
- Familiarize with the operation procedures of supporting functions including finance and accounting, HR, Business Intelligence and Creative.
